Kangda Law Firm is one of the largest full service law firms in China. The firm was established in Beijing in 1988 and was the first law firm to receive full legal service license and also the first firm to obtain the Securities Legal Practice Qualification granted by China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Ministry of Justice.
